At first I was little anxious because I was led to believe expedited shipping was available but the check out process was abrupt and before I knew I had placed the order without expedited shipping. Then I was more frustrated because there was no phone number to call. In the end I was very happy as the product was truly excellent. I would happily recommend Piczzle to others!
