I have used phone photos to generate jigsaw puzzles before and was unimpressed with the final product. The pieces were flimsy and the image was not as clear as desired. As a result of past experiences, I was hesitant to spend a lot of money for a similar yet larger sized puzzle. I was instantly impressed when I made contact with Piczzle to ask for references regarding the quality of their puzzle product. They quickly replied with several references who supplied positive feedback regarding the quality of the final puzzle product. I decided to move forward and ordered two puzzles. After sending the images, Piczzle quickly contacted me to inform me that the pixel count of the two photos I sent were not high enough for quality puzzles. I made a few more attempts of sending the photos with the same result. Piczzle suggested the best photos would come from the devices that took them. This presented a problem because the puzzles were surprise gifts for people who took the photos. I was able to commandeer the devices and send the original photos with a request that Piczzle would not send promotional emails to the commandeered email address. Piczzle assured me they would not use the email address for promotional purposes, and they were true to their word. The puzzles were opened as Mother Day presents and the recipients were very pleased with the idea and the quality of the puzzles. The puzzle pieces are the same size and thickness as those you would find from a large commercial puzzle making company. The big difference is that these one of a kind puzzles clearly reflect moments of time in our past that is memorable and valued. I am very pleased with both the service and products provided by Piczzle. I will bye products from them in the future. I highly recommend anyone interested in jigsaw puzzles use piczzle to convert a valued memory to a beautiful jigsaw puzzle.
