Our puzzle is a birthday gift for our dear friends who both will be celebrating their birthdays this month. This entire process has been delightful. We have been communicating with Kim in Customer Service who has gone above and beyond to assure us complete satisfaction with our puzzle gift. The puzzle arrived yesterday and it is perfect. I plan to wrap it in an unmarked box and tell them it will be a surprise when they put it together. Our friend is a photographer and I bet it will knock his socks off when he sees the finished puzzle. Truly a special gift for special friends. Thank you Piczzle, it has been so much fun !
