Early in my career I worked on the Mercedes-Benz advertising account and it took me to Germany several times a year. I started buying a nutcracker every time I was there and have quite a collection, which I bring out every Christmas holiday season. I enjoy taking photos that I compose specifically to be a jigsaw puzzle (interesting theme, good color/texture dispersion). I combined the nutcrackers with a G-scale train set I similarly built up over several years and only bring out during the holidays, to create this jigsaw puzzle which I gave to my grandkids this holiday season in a 16 piece version. They loved it, as do I watching them put it together. I will now order a 1,000 piece version which my wife and I will enjoy some snowy weekend soon.
