This puzzle is to celebrate my sister Nancy Tandon, whose second book “The Haunting of Walker Pond” was released by the publisher this June. It is a companion to her first novel “The Ghost of Spruce Point”. The books are for middle grade readers (3-6th grade) and as many of the book launch “activities” involved a camp theme, having a puzzle set up (my sister LOVES puzzles, almost as much as writing!) seemed appropriate. Kudos to our mom for the idea— Nan’s book is dedicated to her for teaching us to love an adventure.. Mom also taught us to love puzzle time!
